The use of services provided by ViralCrab establishes a binding agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms. ViralCrab Digital Services will not be held liable for any loss suffered by users who have not read the terms below.

1. GENERAL

By placing an order with ViralCrab, you automatically accept all terms listed below, regardless of whether you have read them.

We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms before every order.

ViralCrab must only be used in a manner that complies with the individual Terms of Service of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

Delivery Time: We do not guarantee a specific delivery time. Estimates provided are based on recent performance. We reserve the right to change service types if necessary to ensure an order is completed.
2. SERVICE GUARANTEES

Purpose: ViralCrab is designed to boost your "Appearance" and "Activity" on social media.

Interaction: We guarantee the quantity of followers/likes paid for, but we DO NOT guarantee that new followers will interact with your content.

Profile Quality: We strive for high-quality accounts (profile pictures, bios, and posts), but we do not guarantee this for 100% of delivered accounts.

Content Restrictions: You shall not use ViralCrab for any material involving nudity or content that violates social media community standards.
3. REFUND POLICY

Wallet Credit: All refunds are issued to your ViralCrab Wallet for use on future orders. No refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Disputes/Chargebacks: You agree that once a payment is completed, you will not file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. If a payment is not added to your wallet, contact ViralCrab Support for resolution within 24 hours.

Penalties: Filing a dispute or chargeback results in the right to terminate your account, ban your IP, and remove any followers/likes previously delivered to you or your clients.

Private Accounts: Orders placed for private accounts do not qualify for a refund. Ensure your account is Public before ordering.

Start Counts: Using multiple servers simultaneously for the same link will disrupt the start/end count and result in incorrect delivery. No refunds will be issued for such orders.

Account Changes: No refills or refunds if the profile link is broken, or if the profile is disabled, deleted, or the username is changed after the order is placed.
4. ANTI-FRAUD
Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to immediate account termination and a report filed with the Anti-Fraud Squad and relevant Law Enforcement Agencies.
